Cha Cha Seeds are delicious sunflower seeds grown in areas across Asia (mainly in Mongolia). With it's great selection of unique and fun flavors, Gabriel and I wanted to attract more people to the world of Cha Cha seeds, so we created a series of fun comic-style social media ads that would play into the fun and sunny image the company has created for itself.

The sunflower seed market can be surprisingly competitive since there are only so many different ways you can make them. With the large assortment of special flavors, we wanted to market those unique tastes in a much more engaging way. I always love to read my favorite artists' short comics when I'm on Instagram, so this inspired us to create ads that users can enjoy reading without feeling like an advertisement right off the bat.
